Server

Cook and Shaker is a well established neighborhood tavern focusing on elevated comfort food, craft beer and unique cocktails. We are looking for a full time server to round out our team. 

Our ideal candidate has a passion for all things food and beverage, thrives in a fast paced environment, and enjoys providing guests with memorable experiences. 

Responsibilities include:
    ◦    Provide courteous, prompt, and warm service to our guests 
    ◦    Maintain working knowledge of menu and beverage offerings 
    ◦    Work as a Team with other servers, bartenders and/or support staff to ensure steps of service are met at all times
    ◦    Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture and professional demeanor 
    ◦    Consistently meet and uphold company standard 
    ◦    Complete other task as assigned by management 

What we are looking for
    ◦    Previous serving experience in high volume or fast paced environment 
    ◦    Strong knowledge of craft beer/cocktails and food. 
    ◦    Excellent communication and hospitality skill
    ◦    Ability to multi task while keeping a cool head 

This position is 3-5 set shifts a week with optional pick ups. Our hours of operation are wed-sun with brunch on the weekend. Obviously availability during these times is a must but we aren’t asking you to sign away all your nights and weekends. Work and life balance is key. 

Above average shift pay plus tips (175-350$ per shift)
