We are seeking a technically experienced and emotionally intelligent General Manager to steward service, lead our team, and uphold our standards with purpose and grace.
The Role
The General Manager serves as the operational and cultural anchor of Vespertine. This leadership role is for someone who understands that excellence lives in the smallest details — from the pacing of service to the tone of a welcome.
You will oversee daily operations, guide and mentor the front-of-house team, and collaborate closely with Chef Jordan to actualize the ultimate guest experience. Your stewardship ensures that every facet of the guest experience feels intentional, seamless, and extraordinary — recognizing that true hospitality extends beyond technical execution and is rooted in awareness, intention, and presence.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of senior leadership experience in Michelin-starred environments
- Exceptional communication and social intelligence — poised, articulate, thoughtful, and emotionally aware
- Self-starter, autonomous, and accountable
- Natural ability to inspire teams, build culture, and cultivate meaningful relationships
- Sincere appreciation for culinary artistry and storytelling
- Ability to think both strategically (macro) and detail-oriented (micro)
- Strong financial acumen and operational fluency
- Calm, solutions-oriented leadership style
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($95,000.00 - $110,000.00)
