As Maître D you'll play an integral part in creating unforgettable dining experiences by fostering relationships, handling guest feedback with care—whether addressing concerns or enhancing positive experiences—and ensuring that every detail is noted for future visits.

You'll manage our reservation system to optimize the flow of service and the guest experience, paying close attention to individual preferences and special requests. You'll have the opportunity to engage with regular guests, tracking their preferences and celebrating their loyalty, while proactively reaching out to lapsed patrons to re-establish connections. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring every guest feels valued, while keeping our reservation system and service running smoothly and efficiently.

Desired Qualifications:

• 2+ years of prior experience as a Maître d' in a reputable, well-rated, service-driven restaurant
• Thorough knowledge of OpenTable or Resy software
• A great personality and ability to work with grace under pressure 
• An innate desire to create a memorable experience for all our guests
• The ability to manage guest seating seamlessly while working collaboratively with the host team
• The ability to work full-time and shifts Fridays through Sundays
