We’re looking for an energetic, hospitality-driven Server/ Bartender hybrid to join our rooftop team at HIDE — a stylish rooftop lounge atop the Artezen Hotel in Lower Manhattan.
This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with guests, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to work in a vibrant rooftop setting with locals and travelers alike.
✨ What You’ll Do
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine — including our signature drinks
Provide warm, attentive table service to rooftop guests
Take food & beverage orders and ensure an exceptional guest experience
Maintain a clean, organized bar and service area
Monitor alcohol consumption and promote responsible service
Restock supplies, wash glassware, and support overall venue operations
Work collaboratively with management and hotel staff to deliver seamless service
✅ What We’re Looking For
2+ years of bartending and/or serving experience
Strong knowledge of cocktails, garnishes, and drink presentation
Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Comfortable working both behind the bar and on the floor
Must be of legal drinking age
Responsible alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain)
Reliable availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
