Floor Manager

Golden HOF is seeking a Floor Manager to lead our front-of-house team and help drive a seamless, guest-focused service experience. This role is responsible for daily floor operations, team development, service standards, and overall guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and hands-on leader. The Floor Manager will work closely with the rest of the management team to ensure smooth coordination across all restaurant operations.

Job Expectations

• Oversee shift setup, including floor plans, server assignments, and pre-shift briefings to ensure readiness for efficient service.
• Actively manage the floor and support staff during service.
• Conduct opening and closing procedures and handle operational issues that arise during service.
• Address guest and internal team concerns in real time and work with the management team to find solutions.
• Ensure compliance with DOH and safety protocols.
• Assist in onboarding and training new FOH staff and ongoing staff development.
• Help manage weekly staff schedules.
• Exemplify good hospitality; guide and motivate our team in creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Attend weekly leadership team meetings.

What We Offer

• Base salary of $65,000-$75,000 (depending on experience).
