Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic Servers with a strong work ethic and a deep curiosity to learn and grow with our team.
This role reports to the General Manager, Dining Room Manager, and Beverage Manager.
Qualified candidates must thrive in a collaborative environment, possess a sense of urgency, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in service.
Compensation:
• $17.50 per hour during training
• $36.00 per hour upon completion of training
Skills/Requirements:
- Careful attention to detail
- A sense of urgency and strong communication skills
- Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and with grace
- Punctuality
- Ego-free, team-oriented, and positive attitude
- Knowledge of Asian/ Korean cuisines and ingredients a plus
- Strong wine and beverage knowledge a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs if necessary
- Safely and effectively use all necessary tools and equipment
- Stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant
