Restaurant Event Coordinator
CGD Group is seeking a proactive, organized Restaurant Event Coordinator to manage event inquiries and sales across multiple venues. This role focuses on lead management, client relationships, and event execution while consistently meeting sales goals for each location.
The ideal candidate is polished, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment with strong follow-up and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to all event inquiries and sales leads
- Prospect new business through outreach, cold calls, and networking
- Maintain relationships with hotels, concierge teams, and corporate clients
- Input and manage leads, contracts, BEOs, and deposits in TripleSeat
- Create event contracts, custom menus, and daily event packages
- Assist with on-site event execution and logistics as needed
- Track deposits, refunds, and event reporting
- Support event marketing initiatives and reporting
Qualifications
- TripleSeat experience required
- 3+ years in Events, Sales, PR, or Marketing
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Canva
- Familiarity with POS systems (Toast preferred)
- Experience with OpenTable, Resy, and SevenRooms
- Professional phone presence and client-facing communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure
