Job Details
Seeking a loyal, dedicated Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine to join a tight knit team! This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside Michelin Young Chef award winner, and Food & Wine Best New chef Telly Justice at her jewel box, community centric flagship restaurant. Curiosity, creativity, inclusivity and patience are key traits in our kitchen. The ideal candidate will exemplify these characteristics as well as:
-Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
-Tasting menu experience
-A passion for sustainability and impacting food waste
-Proficiency or interest with vegan food, gluten free food
-Proficiency with butchery and protein cookery skills
-Strong knife skills
-Strong communication and organization skills
-Expediting experience
-Proficiency with DOH compliance
-An desire to learn, grow and teach
We are offering:
-$75-90k/year based on experience

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($75,000.00 - $90,000.00)
