Cocktail Server

The front-of-house management team is seeking COCKTAIL/BOTTLE SERVERS to join them in welcoming guests to The Chelsea Living Room, a new restaurant/lounge space.

Position Summary
The VIP Table Server plays a key role in creating an elevated guest experience by delivering high-quality beverage and bottle service. This position requires strict adherence to departmental standards CLR policies and procedures.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, engaging, and professional service to all guests
• Drive sales by recommending and upselling menu selections and exclusive bottle packages
• Accurately manage credit card transactions, table charges, and pre-authorizations in compliance with established procedures
• Handle all cash and credit transactions efficiently at Toast point of sale
• Supervise and delegate responsibilities to table attendants
• Promptly notify management of any issues that could affect operations or guest satisfaction
• Promote venue events and maintain up-to-date knowledge of offerings and brand initiatives

• Effective English communication skills with guests and team members
• Maintain a polished appearance with strong attention to grooming and presentation
• Keep style and demeanor aligned with current trends and brand image
• Demonstrate a friendly, inclusive, and professional attitude with diverse clientele
• Knowledgeable in spirits, wine, champagne, and cocktail preparation
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, and loud environment
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Prior experience in bottle service is a plus, but not mandatory

Compensation
$11.35 per hour plus tips
