We are hiring a Prep / Production Cook.
A well-rounded culinary background with hot line, prep, and bread baking / pastry production experience will be a an asset to this role. Strong organizational skills, product knowledge, an appreciation and aptitude for detail, passion for ingredients, and a desire to be part of a great team are a must. Ideally you are bilingual in both English and Spanish, or can effectively communicate in both languages.
Our prep kitchen produces all our in house sourdough, pastry, and processes a huge amount of produce and savory components to support our busy daytime and dinner services. We are a busy neighborhood restaurant with a head Chef and Prep kitchen manager, with whom you’d work closely to support. It’s a fast paced environment with an emphasis on communication, quality, collaboration, creativity and excellence. Our team culture is strong and we invest in our people and culture, we pay well, and we deliver a healthy work environment and the support to develop, learn, and grow. We’re excited to meet you.
Schedule: 5 days / week, 8:30AM - 5PM
Pay: Hourly plus Tips
Prior restaurant kitchen experience is a must. Hiring rate based on qualifications, fit, and experience.
