**PREP COOK – JAPANESE RESTAURANT**
We are hiring a **PREP COOK** for a Japanese restaurant featuring our signature **Beef Tongue Rice**, inspired by **Gyutan-yaki from Sendai, Japan**.
Our restaurant focuses on high-quality ingredients and an interactive dining experience. Line cooks will also interact directly with guests and assist with serving, helping create a welcoming and memorable experience.
**What we’re looking for:**
* Knife Skills.
* Grilling Skills.
* Kitchen or line cook experience
* Comfortable interacting with guests and assisting with service
* Serving or front-of-house experience.
* Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
* Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
* Japanese cuisine experience
**We offer:**
* Hourly $18 – $25
