We are a new upscale casual boutique restaurant opening soon. We are looking for a small dynamic team that brings great energy and high level hospitality to the team and our guests.
We are in need of:
SERVERS: 1 - 2 years experience

SERVERS: 1 - 2 years experience
- Responsible for delivering award winning quality guest service
- Has a basic knowledge of liquors/wines
- Flawlessly execute Steps of Service
- Thirve under pressure
- Must follow ALL policy & procedures
- Have extensive knowledge about liquor, wines and recipes
- Ability to work in fast paced setting, while keeping a clean/organized work space
- Must follow ALL policy & procedures i.e., "ring before you bring"
- Ability to keep a cool, friendly dispositon while in the trenches
- Must have knowledge of how to control heavy door traffic and keep the floor balanced
- Must command the Host station
- Familiar with Resy or other reservation software
- Understand the science of controlling the dining room floor
- Keep the dining room immaculantly clean
- Greet guest with water service
- Assist Serving/Bartending Staff with running food & drink
- Help with table maintenance while guests are dining
- Quickly reset tables at the end of a guests dining experience
- Must follow ALL policy & procedures
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($11.65 - $12.00) plus tips
