Baristas at Ned’s Club Washington DC are the coffee experts preparing the hot drinks in any of our restaurants and bars. Each restaurant and bar has its own distinct look, vibe, complete with menu to compliment it. Who we are…

The Ned and Ned’s Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time.

After launching The Ned London in 2017, we are proud to have opened Ned’s Club in the US capital in 2025, our fourth and newest location.

The Property…

Ned’s Club Washington DC is a members’ club set over three floors of a neoclassical style building situated within President’s Park at 734 15th Street NW. The Riggs Building sits opposite the US Treasury and was constructed in 1930. The 12-story building is located around the corner from the White House and sits above the Milken Center for Advancing the American Dream, formerly the historic Riggs Bank Corcoran branch.

The Club has a Rooftop Terrace and Loft Restaurant with views overlooking the White House, US Treasury and Washington Monument, plus a Founder’s Dining Room, The Library, Drawing Room, Gallery and Conservatory. On level nine, there is a self-contained floor of private event spaces.

As part of our Bar operations team and as a key part of the food and beverage team you will:

• Prepare and serve up perfectly made hot and cold drinks from our range of menus
• On our guest service bars you will be the friendly face providing exceptional experiences, along with recommendations and suggested drinks
• On our service bars you will speedily prepare the orders as they come in, keeping our servers and runners stocked with the hot and cold drinks they need to deliver a seamless experience to our guests
• All of our bars are in full view of the guests so a tidy, presentable, and slick operation is essential
• Be a guardian of drink quality and presentation, never letting anything lower than Ned’s Club standards reach our guests
• Maintain a safe and clean bar environment, protecting our guests and your teammates from any possible harm

What you can bring to the role:

• You’ll have a fantastic personality, engaging with our customers to give them an exceptional service
• You’ll have great all-round coffee and hot drinks knowledge
• You have the desire to learn and progress and you can take part in our extensive bar training as part of our monthly learning calendar
• Able to work morning shifts starting at 6:30am- able to work on weekends
• Open availability preferred
