Job Details
• Collaborate with management, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure service operations meet high
standards
• Maintain tables by clearing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, and anticipating
guest needs
• Support servers by restocking silverware, china, condiments, and clearing bus stations
• Communicate with kitchen staff regarding course timing, guest feedback, and special requests
• Maintain a calm and organized demeanor during peak service, ensuring tables are served efficiently
• Assist in opening and closing duties, including preparing and breaking down service stations and
completing checklists
• Prepare dining room for service, including cleaning and clothing tables, setting decorations,
condiments, candles, napkins, plates, and utensils
• Process guest payments via cash and credit card, ensuring accuracy
• Communicate closely with the floor team to ensure smooth handling of guest orders, special
requests, and timing
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests professionally and escalate to management
when necessary
• Maintain complete knowledge of company policies and procedures and ensure compliance
• Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions
• Adhere to posted schedules
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Maintain a working knowledge of the food and beverage menu, ingredients, and preparation
• Maintain moderate knowledge of the wine list and recommended pairings
• Understand and communicate potential allergy concerns to servers and kitchen staff
• Follow all state sanitation and health regulations, and hotel procedures
• Comply with Department of Health standards for food handling, hygiene, and alcohol service
• Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with alcohol service laws
• Maintain equipment and tools in safe and proper working order
• Inspect cleanliness and organization of workstations and correct deficiencies
• Report health, safety, or workplace violations immediately to management
• Adhere to proper food storage and handling procedures

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($11.35) plus tips
