We are looking for a dynamic leader, with deep understanding of restaurant business and drive for success and growth.
A Candidate is expected to have:
Several years of leadership role in mid to high volume, upscale restaurant
Natural sense of sincere hospitality
Managing and mentoring a team of 25 - 30 people.
Creating and developing relations with neighborhood
Work together with Chef to ensure Health Department's grade A and maintaining set COGs
Carefully following established SOPs, change them when needed and building new standards
Strong presence in the dining room and leading the FOH team with training and adherence to Steps of Service.
Wine and Spirits knowledge
Ability to work some holidays and late evenings.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($81,000.00 - $87,000.00)
