💵 Compensation

👥 About the Role

The Floor Manager is the face of the dining room and a key leader on the floor. You’ll help drive service standards, support and motivate the team, and ensure guests leave happy and excited to return.

This role is ideal for someone who is:

• Ready to grow their hospitality career

• Comfortable in busy, fast-paced environments

• A natural people-person and team motivator

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead FOH service and support the team during shifts

• Ensure a warm, smooth, and consistent guest experience

• Coach and guide staff on service standards

• Assist with scheduling and shift organization

• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism

• Maintain strong communication with BOH and leadership

🌟 Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a Floor Manager, Supervisor, or strong Captain/Lead Server

• Positive, upbeat leadership style

• Hospitality-first mindset

• Comfortable in high-volume settings

• Reliable, organized, and solutions-oriented

• Flexible availability as the cafe is open from 8 am to 12 am, including weekends > mixed schedule.
