Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using Resy, our reservation platform
- Communicate effectively with guests, providing information about the restaurant and menu
- Coordinate with servers and other staff members to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and lobby area
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow direction
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure in a high-volume setting
- Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Outgoing personality with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service
- Familiarity with Resy or OpenTable, or similar reservation platforms
- Weekend AM & PM availability is a must along with ability to arrive in time and ready to work

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $22.00)
