We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to help lead our team, oversee daily operations, and elevate the guest experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on the floor, values thoughtful hospitality and operational excellence, and is eager to grow within a creative and expanding restaurant group.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily FOH and BOH operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent guest service.
- Oversee scheduling, inventory, and financial performance (P&L, labor, and cost controls).
- Partner with leadership team to execute the restaurant’s vision.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Manager in a full-service restaurant (sushi/Japanese preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with budgeting, labor management, and driving profitability.
- Knowledge of sake, wine, and beverage programs a plus.
