We are seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team at our Midtown Flagship. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about hospitality, and consistently delivers an elevated guest experience while maintaining efficiency behind the bar.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, engaging and knowledgeable service to every guest, anticipating needs and establishing regulars
- Prepare and serve classic and specialty cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready bar at all times
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with the team to support seamless service
- Accurately enter orders and process payments using the POS system
- Monitor guest consumption and follow all alcohol service laws and house policies
- Complete opening, closing, and side work with attention to detail
- Uphold the restaurant’s standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beer
- Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- NYC Food Protection Certificate and alcohol service certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($17.00) plus tips
