It's a celebration of clean, seasonal American cuisine, honoring the passionate farmers, growers, and artisans of the Mid-Atlantic. With sweeping city views, a serene open-air terrace, private dining space, and a sleek, modern dining room, Electric Lemon offers an elevated experience that effortlessly transitions from day to night.

We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team who enjoys leading both à la carte services and banquets/events. 

Comprehensive benefits package including:

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in a culinary-driven, well-rated restaurant or hotel
  • Prior success in running expo and working all stations in a busy kitchen
  • Strong administrative skills and prior experience managing scheduling
  • Prior experience training and mentoring a diverse hourly line cook team
  • Ability to drive performance and results of a diverse culinary workforce

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($75,000.00 - $85,000.00)
