Doho, located in the Mount Airy neighborhood, is seeking experienced Lead Line Cooks to join our small, close-knit kitchen team. Our cuisine is seasonally driven, with a strong focus on locally sourced ingredients and flavors inspired by Central and South America, Southeast Asia, Korea, and Japan.
The ideal candidate is a dependable team player who is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a collaborative kitchen environment. Previous fine dining experience and full-time availability are preferred.
Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes on our frequently evolving menu
