Flex Mussels is looking for a Assistant Manager to join our team.
Flex Mussels is part of Wonderful Restaurants Group; a growing company focused on providing genuine hospitality and the best possible experience to our guests.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone hospitality driven, able to remain calm under pressure and with experience in high volume restaurants.
Requirements:
- Well versed in OpenTable, Resy and Toast.
- Organized.
- Detailed oriented.
- Results driven.
- Experienced in payroll, schedule, training and ordering, amongst other tasks.
- Able to walk up and down the stairs.
- Efficient communicator.
- Team player and a good leader.
- Good references.
The Assistant Manager responds directly to the GM, helping managing the needs of both the FOH and BOH teams.

Compensation: Salary ($70,000.00 - $85,000.00)
