What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations for our Tribeca café, ensuring top-tier coffee, food, and service quality.
- Lead, coach, and inspire café teams to deliver exceptional hospitality and uphold brand standards.
- Analyze sales and operational data to drive performance, improve efficiency, and manage costs.
- Support hiring, training, and team development in partnership with HR and senior leadership.
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with marketing, training, and supply chain teams on promotions, launches, and process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of café management experience.
- Proven leadership and people development skills — you know how to build culture and coach performance.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in labor management, cost control, and P&L oversight.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- A passion for specialty coffee, hospitality, and operational excellence.
