Upstream Hospitality Group is a multi-brand restaurant group with 14 locations across Long Island, including Tap Room, Bango Bowls, Salt Shack, Overlook, The Boat Yard, and Surf Shack. We’re growing, and we’re excited to meet leaders ready to grow with us.
With new Tap Room locations in the works, we’re looking for hospitality leaders who can develop talent, drive standards, and create guest experiences people remember.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on leaders who can train, coach, and retain strong teams
- A guest-first mindset with consistent execution of service and standards
- Strong communication and the ability to lead with calm, clarity, and accountability
- Operational follow-through: inventory, cleanliness, organization, and shift readiness
- Financial awareness (labor + costs) and comfort working toward goals
- Flexibility to work nights/weekends/holidays as needed

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($68,000.00 - $72,000.00)
