Floor Manager

We’re looking for a powerhouse Floor Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads with integrity, strength and character.  Knows how to turn great service into unforgettable guest experiences. If you can command a busy floor, inspire staff, and keep operations running smoothly even during the rush, we want you on our leadership team.
What You’ll Do

•  Lead and motivate front-of-house staff during service
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Manage floor flow, seating, and service timing
• Train and develop team members to deliver top-tier hospitality
• Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and safety compliance
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless operations
• Handle opening/closing duties and cash management
• Attend Weekly Manager's Meeting
• Attend Monthly All Staff Meeting
• Create Weekly Schedule
• Complete Manager's Log Book
• Enforce Policy & Procedure
• Step in wherever needed to keep service running flawlessly

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years restaurant leadership or floor management experience
• Strong leadership presence and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure
• Hands-on leadership style — you lead by example
•  Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends
• Must have a Food Handlers Permit
