Tin's is an ambitious new cocktail bar concept set to open in the Lower East Side in early 2026. Led by an award-winning ownership team, we're seeking a dynamic General Manager to help launch and lead this innovative hybrid space. If you're an all-star ready to take a major career leap, this role offers the empowerment to shape our systems, culture, and operations from the ground up—delivering elite-level hospitality in a casual, vibrant environment far from the stiffness of fine dining.
The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations across our multi-level venue, leading front-of-house and bar teams while collaborating closely with ownership to build a thriving business. This is your chance to run the show, gain deep expertise in the cocktail bar space, and drive growth in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
Schedule: 45–50 hours per week
Availability: Nights and weekends required

Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Leadership: Manage FOH and bar teams, optimize scheduling and labor costs, maintain exceptional service standards, and serve as a hands-on floor leader during peak hours.
- Cocktail Program & Guest Experience: Uphold our innovative cocktail offerings, ensure seamless integration between restaurant and bar floors, and foster a lively, welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
- Business Development: Shape operational systems and company culture, contribute to events and private bookings in our sub-level space, and work with the team to maximize revenue and efficiency.
- Team Building: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to create a collaborative, high-performing environment that balances accountability with empowerment.
- 3+ years of management experience in high-volume bars, cocktail lounges, or restaurants.
- Proven track record as a hands-on leader in fast-paced hospitality settings.
- Passion for cocktails and innovative concepts, with the entrepreneurial drive to build and scale a new business.
- Strong organizational skills, financial acumen, and ability to thrive in a casual yet elite operation.
