Job Details
Tsukimi, a Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant, is seeking a dedicated back server to join our service team. We are located in the heart of the East Village, and offer a unique counter experience with 12 seats. Being that our space is intimate, candidates should possess attention to detail and have the ability to work efficiently with our tight knit team.
The Back Server at Tsukimi is responsible for preparing the restaurant for service, table maintenance and contributing to the general flow of the restaurant. Applicants ideally should have at least 1-2 years of service experience, preferably in fine-dining. Experience in Japanese cuisine and language is a plus.
Applicants should have availability to work Thursdays through Sundays, 3-4 days a week from 3pm-11pm for dinner service.
