Roanoke Hospitality is seeking experienced PM Line Cooks to join our culinary team at our Roanoke location, 135 W. Madison St.

What We’re Looking For

Qualified candidates will have:

• At least 3 years of stable cooking experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant

• Strong knife skills and attention to detail

• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen

• Evening and weekend availability

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods (5–10 hours per shift)

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs, including restaurant equipment and supplies

• Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, and carrying

• Safely navigate all areas of the restaurant

• Work in noisy, crowded, and confined spaces

• Tolerate variable ventilation, smoke, and extreme temperatures

• Handle racks of dishes and glassware

• Continuous contact with water and cleaning substances

• Ability to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors
