Maxime’s is the newest private member’s club opening from entrepreneur Robin Birley, located on the Upper East Side in Manhattan, New York City.
We are seeking a talented Server Assistant to join our world- class hospitality brigade. Reporting to our Zodiac Lounge and Bar Manager, the Server Assistant will work closely with the Servers and other front-of-house team members to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure the highest possible level of member satisfaction, elevating Maxime’s brand and service standards at all times.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven success as a Server Assistant within fine dining, Michelin-starred establishments, or luxury hotel settings.
- Fosters a warm and welcoming atmosphere, attending to all members’ needs in a courteous and professional manner.
- To be fully conversant with the table lay-up and mise-en-place prior to, during and after service.
- To actively assist the Servers in the food and beverage service.
- Thrives in high- end environments, consistently upholding superior service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Maintains a professional, upbeat demeanor and embraces a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays per the needs of the business.

You’ll be working as part of an established team delivering exceptional experiences daily. Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($17.00) plus tips
