Position Summary
Servers are key members of our front-of-house team, responsible for delivering exceptional, guest-first service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We’re looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a warm and professional demeanor, and a passion for hospitality. Whether you're working brunch at Frasca or dinner at Smoke Daddy, your goal is the same: make every guest feel welcome, cared for, and eager to return.
Responsibilities
- Live and promote 4 Star’s core values: Professionalism, Positive Attitude, Guest First, Quality/Excellence, Teamwork, and Integrity
- Greet every guest with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Take and enter food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction
- Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout their visit
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, side stations, and assigned sections
- Collaborate with teammates to create smooth and successful service
- Maintain full knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, modifications, and specials
- Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally, escalating issues as needed
- Present checks, process payments accurately, and thank guests upon departure
- Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation standards
- Attend team meetings and complete required trainings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting preferred.
- Excellent multitasking, communication, and hospitality skills
- Familiarity with POS systems (Toast preferred) and reservation platforms.
- BASSET and Food Handler certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Team-first attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to lift and carry trays or supplies up to 25 lbs
- Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive motions
- Comfortable working in loud, busy environments, both indoors and outdoors
- Possible exposure to food allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, soy, and shellfish

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($9.00) plus tips
