Key Responsibilities Host Duties

Warmly greet and welcome every guest with genuine enthusiasm.

Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating assignments with grace and accuracy.

Maintain a calm, confident presence at the host stand during peak hours.

Communicate table status and guest flow with the management and service team members.

Ensure the entrance and host area remain organized and inviting.
Qualifications

Previous experience in a host or server, familiarity with Tock (or Resy, OpenTable, etc).

Strong multitasking abilities and comfort working in busy service environments.

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment.
