Position Summary
Indochine is seeking a poised, detail-oriented Full Time Reservationist to serve as the first point of contact for our guests. This role is essential to delivering the seamless, elegant experience for which Indochine is known. The ideal candidate embodies professionalism, discretion, and warmth, with a strong understanding of hospitality in a high-volume, high-profile dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all guest reservations via phone, online platforms, and in-person inquiries with accuracy and grace
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the dining room, table configurations, pacing, and seating priorities
- Coordinate closely with the host team, management, and floor staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle VIP, repeat, and special-request reservations with discretion and attentiveness
- Communicate wait times, policies, and availability clearly and courteously
- Update and maintain detailed guest notes, preferences, and reservation records
- Resolve reservation conflicts or guest concerns calmly and professionally
- Uphold Indochine’s standards of elegance, hospitality, and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications
- Availability for a full-time schedule
- Prior experience as a reservationist, host, or front-of-house coordinator in a high-end or high-volume restaurant
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with reservation platforms (Resy, OpenTable, or similar preferred)
- Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with Indochine’s brand
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
