Job Details
I'm looking for someone with experience in the pop-up market. I'm looking for someone to help me come up with a specific and actionable plan for getting my food concept in front of people who love delicious food. I want to put my food concept--it will initially be a pop-up but will eventually be a restaurant--in front of the customers who will pay to purchase my offering.

I'd like to know where I should have/should try to have my pop-ups so I can put my product in front of customers and begin the process of improving and developing it and learning how to position and market it and to develop it for the next stage on the road to it being a solid restaurant concept.

One of my questions is where would my pop-up be seen as a welcome amenity.

We, and probably you too, have seen that there is a better food experience than what we have now. This better experience is eating a dish with a beverage that extends the pleasure a bite of the food starts and then, during this extended time, adds tastes and sensations that further elevate the amount of pleasure the bite of food started.

If you think about the very best food and beverage pairing you’ve ever had, the experience you got then is most likely the type of experience we just described. Another great example of this experience is what you get with a foie gras and Sauternes pairing.

This is food and beverage pairing, but it’s a specific type of pairing and pairing experience. We call this type of pairing further elevating pairing because the beverage in the pairing further elevates the pleasure the food creates and we call this type of pairing experience further elevated eating or beverage elevated eating.
Eating with a beverage that creates the further elevating pairing experience creates more pleasure than we’re getting now and we’ve seen in our testing that discerning food lovers prefer this better experience. Unfortunately, we cannot eat this way right now. We want to change this and we need your help.
I have seen that we cannot eat this way now and we cannot moe up to this better way of eating because we don’t know which beverages create this further elevating experience with the dishes we eat.
