This role is for someone who has already managed teams, handled real volume, and understands the operational realities of running a profitable bar—labor control, inventory accuracy, vendor management, and consistent service standards. If you’ve built systems, trained bartenders from the ground up, tightened margins, and kept quality high during peak service, you’ll thrive here. This is not an entry-level role; we’re looking for an operator who can step in, assess what’s working, fix what isn’t, and elevate the bar program with minimal hand-holding
