Food Runner

S.K.Y., Chef Stephen Gillanders’ first restaurant located in the Lincoln Park neighborhood, is looking for passionate and energetic food runners to join our Front of House team!

If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering top-tier hospitality, we’d love to meet you. As a runner, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by supporting both the service and kitchen teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver dishes with precision, warmth, and professionalism

• Communicate effectively with the FOH and BOH teams

• Present and explain plates with confidence and care

• Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond expectations

• Support the team with setup, stocking, clearing, and resetting tables

• Maintain a polished, positive presence throughout service

• Uphold the high standards and values of S.K.Y. every step of the way
