Sixty Three Clinton is searching for a new General Manager. This GM is passionate about leadership, service, and teamwork to deliver a memorable, fun, and exceptional experience to all guests and employees. They have a creative mind, critical eye, and collaborative nature to foster a dynamic and professional restaurant environment. This is a salary-based position that manages all FOH employees and works closely with the head chefs and owners of the restaurant. Determination of compensation is based upon candidate's previous experience.
Required Skills:
- Resy capabilities: book/re-book, cancel, close and open days of service, create special events, etc.
- Utilize Gmail to answer guest, vendor, and colleague emails
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

- FOH service-related product orders
- Toast POS
- P & L Reporting
- Employee schedule management for staff of 10 or more persons
- Employee training and development
- Wine knowledge (beer, spirits, and cocktails are a plus!)
- Open-hand service
- Event and buyout preparation and management
- Restaurant cleanliness in accordance to DOH regulations and requirements
- Reading of restaurant reviews on platforms such as Yelp, Resy, Google, Reddit, etc.
- Execute proper opening and closing procedures
- Menu editing, design, and printing
- Ability to respond to customer feedback efficiently and professionally
