Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Lead, train, and schedule staff for both dining and bar service.

Maintain high standards for food, beverage, and cleanliness.

Manage bar inventory, ordering, and liquor compliance.

Monitor costs and drive sales to meet financial goals.

Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.

Support marketing initiatives and special events.
Requirements:

Proven experience in restaurant and bar management.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beverage cost control.

Familiarity with POS systems and vendor management.

Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
-
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience using Toast POS is required.
-
Valid Food Handler Certificate (Health Department Card) required.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($15.00) plus tips
Estimated Weekly Tips: $350.00
