Captain

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

• Lead, train, and schedule staff for both dining and bar service.

• Maintain high standards for food, beverage, and cleanliness.

• Manage bar inventory, ordering, and liquor compliance.

• Monitor costs and drive sales to meet financial goals.

• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.

• Support marketing initiatives and special events.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in restaurant and bar management.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beverage cost control.

• Familiarity with POS systems and vendor management.

• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Experience using Toast POS is required.

• Valid Food Handler Certificate (Health Department Card) required.
