 Essential Job Functions

• Take food and beverage orders and input into POS system
• Ensure orders are delivered to guests correctly and in a discrete manner
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction
• Ability to manage several tasks at the same time & communicate needs to kitchen and support staff.
• Ensure necessary inventory of restaurant supplies, if needed, and ensure communication with management.
• Abide by state, federal & corporate liquor requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
• Act as the point person for all guests in the assigned station.
• Complete assigned shift side-work as outlined 
• Perform cash handling responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment & follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Position Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant experience required.

Work Environment and Context

• Work schedule varies and will include working on holidays and weekends.
• Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
