Job Details
Essential Job Functions
- Take food and beverage orders and input into POS system
- Ensure orders are delivered to guests correctly and in a discrete manner
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Ability to manage several tasks at the same time & communicate needs to kitchen and support staff.
- Ensure necessary inventory of restaurant supplies, if needed, and ensure communication with management.
- Abide by state, federal & corporate liquor requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
- Act as the point person for all guests in the assigned station.
- Complete assigned shift side-work as outlined
- Perform cash handling responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment & follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
Position Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous restaurant experience required.
Work Environment and Context
- Work schedule varies and will include working on holidays and weekends.
- Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
