Our ideal candidate would possess the following skills and experience:
- Must display leadership skills and have worked in such a roll for at least three years
- Must have New York City or Brooklyn based, restaurant and Nightlife experience we will not accept applications without this experience you must have prior management experience
-40 hours per week with competitive salary opportunities.
-4+ years of hospitality restaurant and nightlife management experience.
-Ability curate a packed room
-Weekend late night availability mandatory
-Food Handler’s and Tips certification a plus or willingness to obtain
-Experience in maintaining control of a space with multiple venues while navigating high volume guest flow
-Extensive spirits, wine and beer knowledge
-Experience in maintaining inventory, orders and cocktail menu production/preparation
-Payroll processing experience
-Ability to lift heavy objects–cases of liquor, sound equipment a plus
-Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus
-Toast POS, 7Shifts, Slack systems experience a plus
-Security team management a big plus
-Event management a plus
