Picco is looking to hire FT/PT front of house team members!

Picco stands for pizza & ice cream company. We are a busy, full-service restaurant in the South End of Boston that features "Best of Boston" winning pizza, handmade pasta, rotating craft beer, interesting wines, latin inspired dishes and house-made ice cream. We have been a part of the neighborhood for over 21 years with no intention of stopping now. Loyal customer support and the resilience of our small crew has allowed us to continue what we do. We value friendliness, a strong work ethic and enthusiasm to learn about quality food, hospitality, craft beer and wine. - pay $25-$45 per hour (hourly +tips) 

Looking for serious candidates (preferably with some restaurant experience, will train the right person). You may be looking for a career in the restaurant industry or looking for part time employment during your next four years in college. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Taking food orders at tables
- Pouring drinks (beer and wine only)
- Running food/bussing tables
- Scooping Ice Cream
- Answering phones/ taking phone orders
- Reviewing online orders/ reviewing Doordash delivery orders
- Packing up all food orders
- Working directly with customers and delivery drivers to get them their orders
- Helping to maintain all production needs:
- Restocking
- Packaging Marketplace items
- Scooping Ice Cream
- Clean up duties before and after shift (there is some heavy lifting involved in evening cleaning i.e. trash/recycling
Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($25.00 - $45.00) plus tips
