Job Details
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization for Lilac Tiger, Coach House, and all its associated spaces and areas.
- Communicate via Slack and in pre-shifts regarding any 86s, low stock items, changes to menu, specials, etc.
- Execute daily pre-shifts with the team regarding service, reservation notes, etc.
- Maintain, update and engage with SOPs, service standards, pertinent programming info, training programs, etc.
- Engage in inquiries for private events in both Lilac Tiger and Coach House.
- Working alongside the Lead Bartender and Lead Server to oversee all beverage orders.
- Working alongside the Kitchen Manager to oversee all dry goods and food orders.
- Following through on ensuring that weekly side-work charts are being followed and completed.
- Communicating with owners regarding any needed purchases, resources, or changes to the space.
- Supporting the execution of menu changes and program development with strong communication, consideration of purchasing and space restrictions, etc.
- Lead stages with prospective servers and FOH team members.
- Oversee the training of new BOH and FOH team members.
- Attending and participating in weekly leadership meetings and ownership meetings (dates/times TBD).
- Send out nightly “leadership recap” via Slack to full team.
- Creating weekly schedules.
- Completing bi-weekly payroll.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($60,000.00 - $70,000.00)

From Duck Fried Rice to Whole Fish and Indian/Korean Pickle Plates, this new menu is packed with a punch of flavors and spices throughout.
