Position Overview
The General Manager will be responsible for day-to-day front-of-house operations, team leadership, and active involvement in the venue’s events and nightlife programming. This role requires a strong floor presence and close collaboration with ownership on sales performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Leadership

Lead and manage FOH managers and service staff

Maintain high service standards and consistent guest experience

Oversee scheduling, labor controls, and nightly execution

Act as a visible leader on the floor during peak service
Cocktails & Nightlife

Uphold quality and consistency in a high-caliber cocktail program

Manage operations in a busy, nightlife-driven environment

Support programming that drives late-night volume and repeat business
Events & Sales

Oversee private events, buyouts, and group bookings

Manage events from planning through execution

Work with ownership to grow events revenue and overall sales
Team & Culture

Ideal Candidate

3–5+ years of General Manager or senior hospitality management experience

Background in cocktail bars, nightlife venues, or high-volume operations

Experience managing private events or buyouts

Compensation & Commission Structure
Commission is tied to event sales, overall revenue performance, and growth benchmarks. As the events program and total sales grow, commission opportunity increases accordingly, providing meaningful upside beyond base salary.
