Restaurant 1793 is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This is an opportunity to work in a focused, quality-driven environment where technique, consistency, and teamwork matter.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute dishes to recipe and plating standards
  
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
  
  
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  
  
• Assist with prep, service, and breakdown as needed
  
  
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team during service

• Previous line cook experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
