Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender / Server who is passionate about providing an extraordinary dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in fine dining establishments, with expertise in crafting custom cocktails and a strong knowledge of worldly wines.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages, including craft cocktails and wines, with a focus on presentation and taste.
• Provide exceptional service to our members, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in menu planning and wine pairing suggestions to enhance member experiences.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and communication between front and back of house.
• Uphold the Astor Club’s standards of hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fine dining environment.
• Expertise in custom craft cocktails and a diverse knowledge of wines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
