Position Summary

About the Position:

We are seeking experienced cooks to join our opening team for Via Aurelia. Candidates must have a great attitude, a good sense of humor, drive, dedication to their craft, and a true willingness to learn. We will provide a safe and positive working environment where you can grow as a cook and a person. 


Qualities Required:

  • 4 years of fine dining culinary experience
  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Positive professional attitude and strong work ethic
  • Commitment to professional development

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to continuously stand or walk
  • Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequently
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $24.00) plus tips
