Job Details

Claudette is a polished French brasserie on lower Fifth Avenue, inspired by the countryside charm of Lourmarin. Known for its welcoming atmosphere and refined approach to French cuisine, Claudette has long been a favorite gathering place for the neighborhood and visitors alike.

After closing in August 2024 to complete essential building repairs, Claudette will reopen in Spring 2026 with renewed energy, a refreshed space, and a continued commitment to warm hospitality and exceptional dining.

We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Beverage Manager to lead the reopening and guide the restaurant into its next chapter. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful, hands-on leader who excels at building strong teams, cultivating guest relationships, and upholding operational and service excellence. A deep appreciation for French food and wine is a plus, but curiosity, collaboration, and consistency matter most. 

The position would support our team in all aspects of service and as a leader, educator, and mentor to the management teams and front of house service staff. They will work in tandem with Senior Leadership to build and maintain high performing teams, develop and maintain wine offerings and ensure guest satisfaction.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($75,000.00 - $90,000.00)
