Job Details
The award-winning Knightsbridge Restaurant Group which is owned and operated by a James Beard nominated restaurateur is currently conducting a search for a talented Line Cooks to work at our newest Italian concept, Rosselli. The selected candidate must have a solid grasp on Italian Cuisine with a true sense of craft. Candidate must have experience working in fine dining restaurants as a sous chef/executive sous chef. In this role, you will be working with a critically acclaimed Michelin Star Executive Chef. 

Two (2) years experience in a structured kitchen environment. Classic training, Understanding of fundamental cooking techniques: Sous Vide, Blanching, Slow Cooking, Solid Knife Skills, FIFO, Food Handlers Certified.


Willing to clean on a nightly basis and want to work in a positive and encouraging environment. Competitive pay with work experience and craftsmanship

  • Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant preferred
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with his/her managers and his/her teammates
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment throughout the shift in accordance with Health Department and restaurant standards.
  • Able to prepare and execute mise en place fully for your station 
  • Maintain the high standards established by the Executive Chef 
  • Must be able to follow instructions during service from Chef throughout the service.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($21.00 - $25.00)
