Buddakan, the iconic NYC dining destination in the heart of the Meatpacking District, is seeking talented Prep Cooks to join our kitchen team during an exciting new era — a creative collaboration with Chef Danny Bowien, the visionary behind Mission Chinese.
Join us in hosting a surreal dining experience where the serenity of Asia meets the flamboyance of 16th-century Paris. Ornate chandeliers, gilded details, and otherworldly art set the stage for an immersive culinary journey — one that will soon include collaborative dishes inspired by Chef Danny's bold and innovative spirit.

Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience working as a prep cook in a busy upscale or fine dining restaurant
- Experience with preparing Asian and Chinese ingredients is highly desired
- Ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards of the restaurant in a high pace restaurant
- Clean technical skills and the desire to continuously learn
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $21.00)
